Villa Sunshine - this beautiful holiday home was finished in 2006. The house was built on a 477 sqm with fantastic view of the mountains and has 180 sqm living space and terrace area.

Generally speaking, in the hobby area are a sauna, a table soccer game, a air hockey table and some different Gym devices.

Also washer and dryer as well as iron are available. For infants there is a cradle and a high chair.

In the garden a sand box and a chute are to be found!

The excellent skiing area " Hochzillertal Kaltenbach - Hochfuegen" is accessible from here by car in approx. 5 minutes. A cosy restaurant can be reached comfortably by foot.

The modern kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, water digester, toaster, egg digester etc. Pots/pans, table-ware, cutlery and glasses are sufficiently present. (If desired the baker will deliver fresh rolls each morning.)

Directly beside the kitchen is the dining room with 10 - 12 seats and LCD-TV. From here you have a fantastic view, already in the morning, of the meadows and mountains.

The rent contains: bed linen, towels, garbage bags and tourist tax.
Minimum renting period: 4 nights, Christmas/New Year, Carnival and Easter = 7 nights.
