Over the entire house length, the architectural style of the balcony pulls itself in the Zillertaler. It is large and is equipped with sun screen, table and chairs. Here you can enjoy the Sun all day long as was well as on the large terrace which offers also seating and sun loungers.

The kitchen work is made sweeter by the fantastic view. If desired the baker will deliver fresh rolls each morning. There is also a large table with bank and chairs. Sufficient seating for 10-11 persons. Here there is still a place for a child's high chair.

On the other side of the large area is a modern, cosy corner sofa, which can be converted quickly to a comfortable double bed.

Also here you can lean back in your armchair comfortably and enjoy the view of the opposite skiing areas Hochzíllertal and Fuegen.

Here on the console stands the LCD-TV, which is equally observable from the dining table and sofa as well.

The SAT antenna makes the receipt of over one hundred transmitters possible.
A Nintendo Wii console with games, DVD player and DVDs and one small stereo system as well as free of charge WLAN Internet access is likewise present.

Room one has a double bed, in the second room there is a double bed and a bunk bed and in the third room there is a double bed and a sofa bed. A cot can also be placed here.

The bathroom is roomy. Here are a bath tub, a shower, WC and 2 wash basins. Additionally it gives a second separate WC. There is sufficient bed linen available, towels and bath towels are to be brought along.

Here is also an infrared heat cabinet in which 4 persons can find place .

They can relax under the light therapy lighting with pleasant music from the inserted radio/CD equipment and enjoy the nice and cosy warmth.

As fitness equipment are still a stepper and an Ergometer at disposal.

The excellent skiing area " Hochzillertal Kaltenbach - Hochfuegen" is accessible from here by car in approx. 5 minutes.

The fee-based ski bus stop direkt on the street below the house.


A cosy restaurant can be reached comfortably by foot.

Easy access to restaurants at the Gattererberg - on foot: "Bergrast" 1 km distance uphill, Jausenstation " Almluft" 4 km uphill, "Jägerklause" 2 km downhill.
